Erica believes that leadership is best served in a 360 degree motion where a leader’s influence impacts those who report up to them, their peers, and those that they report up to. In her talks on leadership, she empowers her audiences to W.T.F. (Welcome the Fear), find their G.P.S. (Go Past Stop), and understand the importance of G.R.O.W (Get Rid of Old Ways). Erica's natural born gift of speaking to the minds and hearts of her audience will motivate them to exercise their mindset and start leading with a purpose. Erica works with corporate, community, and student organizations who have an interest in leadership, professional, and academic development. Erica incorporates her proprietary frameworks and methods into existing strategies for overall achievement. By providing the 3Es with each session (Education, Empowerment, and Engagement) it is her personal mission.
